How long is the warranty for Wacom products in Central & South America*?

Wacom warrants the product to the original consumer purchaser of a new product, except for the software and consumable items such as the pen nibs, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. For One by Wacom, Wacom One, Wacom Intuos, Wacom Cintiq, and Wacom MobileStudio Pro this is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a copy of the receipt and registration with Wacom. For Wacom Cintiq Pro and Wacom Intuos Pro, this period is two (2) years. For Wacom Cintiq Pro and Wacom Intuos Pro, this period is two (2) years. For product specific details, please click here.

Wacom翻新设备是二手Wacom产品,在出售之前已经过Wacom的标准翻新流程。Wacom的标准翻新流程包括检查、清洁和针对任何技术问题的维修(仅部分翻新设备是因技术问题被退货),以确保设备符合Wacom严格的质量标准。只有满足最终质量保证检查的设备才能作为Wacom翻新设备出售。但是,Wacom翻新设备可能会有轻微磨损迹象,并且可能没有原始包装。

Wacom针对Wacom翻新设备的有限制造商保修责任期为1年。产品适用退货政策。
