These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a new Wacom Intuos Pro (PTH460K0B, PTH-660, PTH-860) or Cintiq Pro (DTH167K0B, DTK-2420, DTH-2420, DTH172K0B, DTH227K0B, DTH227K0B-ST, DTH271K0B, DTH271K0B-ST (“Product”) in Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belgium, Botswana, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Island, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Morocco, Moldova, Namibia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, Ukraine and Uzbekistan (“Region”) during the “ Capture One x Wacom (3 months)” promotion ("Promotion") offered by Wacom Europe GmbH, Zollhof 11-15, 40221 Düsseldorf, Germany ("Wacom").
The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "You") whose place of residence is in the Region and who purchase and register their new Product in the Region between March 13th 2024 and December 15th, 2024 (“Purchase Period”).
When purchasing an above-mentioned Product within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, you as the customer acquire the right to receive the following extra ("Extra"):
Capture One x Wacom (3 months free trial):
Capture One (3 months free trial) from Capture One A/S (https://www.captureone.com/en) with a 3-month’s license.
After the 3-month period granted free of charge as part of the promotion, the continuation of the license contract with Capture One A/S will be subject to charge (paid subscription model). Within the initial 3-months of the license contract, the End User is free to choose to continue the license contract with Capture One A/S subject to charge or to cancel the subscription. Before the 3-month trial ends, You will receive an email reminder from Capture One A/S.
Capture One (3 months) is available in the following languages: Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
How can You get the Extra?
You need to register Your new Product with Wacom at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.
The registration of Your new Product with Wacom must be completed by December 15th, 2024 ("Registration Period") to get the Extra. If you have a Wacom-ID already, you can log-in to your Wacom Account. If You have not a Wacom ID, You have to register with Wacom to get a Wacom ID. Such registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and - for the registration of the Product - the Product’s serial number.
When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and further information.
The Extra will be available for You to redeem within the Wacom Center that you can access with your Wacom ID (https://account.wacom.com) (“Wacom Account”).
In the Wacom Center You need to click the button "Redeem your software" and afterwards on “See my software offers”. You choose Capture One (3 months free trial) offer and click on “Redeem” to receive a code for the “Capture One (3 months free trial)” offer in your Wacom Account.
Click on the “Start Now” button, and the coupon code will be automatically embedded in the redemption link and You will be forwarded to the Capture One registration site.
To qualify for the Extra, the registration with Capture One A/S has to be completed by December 15th, 2024, the latest. During the registration with Capture One, you will also need to enter your name, address, email address and credit card details. Please be aware that with this registration you conclude a license contract subject to charge (after the initial 3-months) on subscription basis with Capture One A/S to which the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Capture One A/S apply.
As stated above, You can cancel the license agreement on subscription basis any time during the initial 3-month period. After the 3-month period granted as part of this promotion, the continuation of the license contract on subscription basis with Capture One A/S will be subject to charge and Capture One A/S will withdraw the respective license fee from Your credit card.
Software trial, support and conversion is managed by Capture One A/S.

Other
The codes mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for code redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and the Redemption Period. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any claim to the Extra, which we have granted you in the context of the Promotion and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.
Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible.
The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.
Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information You provide in the course of registration with Wacom in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy.
Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End Customer, for lost coupons and codes, or for the improper redemption of coupons and codes, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.
The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the supplier (Capture One A/S). To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the supplier’s products or services.
Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion at any time.
In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User among other legal remedies.
Should any provision of the Promotion or these terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.
The Promotion is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
