These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of a new Wacom One (DTC121, DTH134, CTC4110WL, CTC6110WL, DTC133) with “Kami (12-months) and a new One by Wacom(CTL-472, CTL-672) & Wacom Intuos(CTL-4100, CTL-6100, CTL-4100WL, CTL-6100WL) with “Kami (6 months)” offered by Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd., Ground floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd., 88 Market Street, #40-01 CapitaSpring, Singapore 048948, Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd., 9F-1, No.237 Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist. Taipei 104 Taiwan("Wacom"). Wacom One, One by Wacom and Wacom Intuos described above are hereinafter individually or collectively called “Product(s)” and Kami (12 months) and Kami (6 month) are individually or collectively called “Promotion”
The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "You") whose place of residence is in the Region (defined below) and who, between December 1st, 2020 and July 31st, , 2025 ("Purchase Period"), purchase and register the Product with Wacom. Such End Users should get your Extra (defined below) in accordance with “How do I participate?” below by August 31st, 2025 (“Redemption Period”).
When purchasing the above-mentioned product within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, Wacom will guide you to acquire the following license ("Extra") from the Software Partner (defined below):
12-month free premium service access to Kami for Wacom One
The 6-month free premium service access to Kami for One by Wacom & Wacom Intuos
Available by KamiApp Inc. (www.Kamiapp.com) (“Software Partner”) in English language at launch time.
Software license, support and conversion are managed by the Software Partner and Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability therefor in any way. Usage of Kami is subject to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by the Software Partner.
After the 6-month or 12-month period granted as part of the promotion, the software will be downgraded to a free license.
How do I participate? (6-month, 12-month)
You need to register your new Product with Wacom at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.
Registration is open from December 1st, 2020 and must be completed by July 31st, 2025 ("Registration Period"). Registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and the Wacom product serial number (normally detected automatically).
When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e- mail confirming your registration and further information.
- You can find your software license key for activating the Extra and a link where you candownload the software in your Wacom Library in your Wacom account (https://account.wacom.com).
- Go to the Kami webpage (www.Kamiapp.com), to enter your license key.
- The End User is required by Software Partner to create account by clicking on “Create One Now” if the End Userdoesn’t have an account with Software Partner.The End User can register its account by entering an email address and password or use Google services.
During registration process, the Software Partner requires the End User to complete the questionnaire about what kind of user it is (teacher, student and institute). - After registration the End User can enter the license key to access the 6-months free trial by the Software Partner. Software trial, support and conversion is managed by the Software Partner.
The software license key must be redeemed by August 31st, 2025 ("Redemption Period") to qualify for the Extra. Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible.

Other (6-month, 12-month)
The license key mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for license key redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and the Redemption Period and therefore, you are advised to redeem the Extra as soon as possible. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any claim to the Extra, which we have granted you in the context of the Promotion and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.
The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.
Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information you provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our promotion and promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.
Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End User, for lost coupons and license keys, or for the improper redemption of coupons and license keys, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.
The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the Software Partner. To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the Software Partner’s products or services.
Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User.
Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.
The Promotion is subject to the laws of:
Australia if you purchase Products from Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd.;
Singapore (The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) shall not apply.) if you purchase Products from Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and
Taiwan if you purchase Products from Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd.
