The “Wacom One and One by Wacom with Magma (3 months)” promotion
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of a new One by Wacom (CTL-472, CTL-672) & Wacom One (DTC121, DTH134, CTC4110WL, CTC6110WL, DTC133) with Magma (3 months) (the “Promotion”) offered by Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd., Ground floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd., 88 Market Street, #40-01 CapitaSpring, Singapore 048948 and Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd., 9F-1, No.237 Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist. Taipei 104 Taiwan ("Wacom"). One by Wacom and Wacom One described above are hereinafter individually or collectively called “Product(s)”.
The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "you") who purchase a new Product.
When purchasing the above-mentioned Product and fulfilling the following conditions, Wacom will guide you to acquire the following license ("Extra") from Supplier (defined below):
Magma (3 months)
Magma (3 months) from Code Charm Inc. (https://www.magma.com/) (“Supplier”) with a 3-month’s license.
Magma is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by the Supplier and available in English language.
Software license, support and conversion are managed by the Supplier and Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability therefor in any way.
After the 3-month period granted as part of the Promotion, the software license will turn into a paid subscription model. At this point, the End User is free to choose to continue with a paid subscription or to terminate the software license.
How do I participate? Free 3-month license for Magma
You need to register your new Product with Wacom at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.
Registration must be completed by December 15th, 2024 ("Registration Period"). Registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and the Wacom product serial number (normally detected automatically).
When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and further information.
You can find your software license key for activating the Extra and a link where you can redeem Magma in the section Offer in your Wacom account (https://account.wacom.com).
After choosing the Extra in the Offer section, you will need to select the preferred operating system and click on the “Redeem” button to access the 3 months license of Magma.
Now click on the “Start Trial” button, the unique license key will be automatically ingested in the redemption link and the user will be forwarded to the Magma registration site for the software registration and activation.
During the registration with the Supplier, you will also need to enter your name, address, email address and credit card details, and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by the Supplier, which will be deemed to be accepted by using the service.
The software license key must be redeemed by December 31st, 2024 ("Redemption Period") to qualify for the Extra. Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible.

Other
The license key mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for license key redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Registration Period and the Redemption Period and therefore, you are advised to redeem the Extra as soon as possible. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any rights to the Extra and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.
The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.
Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information you provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.
Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End User, for lost coupons and license keys, or for the improper redemption of coupons and license keys, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.
The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the Supplier. To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the Supplier’s products or services.
Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User.
Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.
The Promotion is subject to the laws of:
Australia if you purchase Products from Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd.;
Singapore (The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) shall not apply.) if your purchase Products from Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and
Taiwan if you purchase Products from Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd..
