The "Wacom Cintiq, Cintiq Pro, Movink, Intuos Pro with MASV (3 months)" Promotion

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of Cintiq (DTK-1660, DTK-2260), Cintiq Pro (DTH-2420, DTK-2420, DTH167, DTH172, DTH227, DTH271)), Movink (DTH135) and Intuos Pro (PTH-460, PTH-660, PTH-860)] (“Product(s)”) with “MASV (3 months)” ("Promotion”) offered by Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd., Ground floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd., and Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd. 9F-1, No.237 Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist. Taipei 104 Taiwan. Wacom Australia Pty., Ltd., Wacom Singapore Pte.Ltd., and Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd. are hereinafter individually or collectively called “Wacom. ("Wacom").

 

The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "You") whose place of residence are in the Region (which are places where Products can be purchased from Wacom and are hereinafter called “Region”) and who, between October 1, 2021 and December 1, 2024 ("Purchase Period"), purchase and register the Product with Wacom. Such End Users should get your Extra (defined below) in accordance with “How do I participate?” below by December 31, 2024 (“Redemption Period”).

 

When purchasing the Product within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, you as the End User acquire the right to receive the following service ("Extra") from the Service Partner (defined below):

3-month(or 250GB) of free lighting fast file transfer service for MASV (“Extra”).

 

Available by MASV, Inc. (https://offers.massive.io/) (“Service Partner”) in English, Japanese, Spanish, Franch, Dutch, German and Norwegian language from Oct 2022.

After the 3-month period or 250GB of file transfers granted as part of the promotion, the service will stop and no longer work. At this point, the End User is free to choose to continue with a paid subscription or to terminate the offer.

How do I participate? 3-month free premium service access to MASV

You need to register your new Product at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.

Registration is open from October 1, 2021 and must be completed by December 1, 2024 ("Registration Period"). Registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and the Wacom product serial number (normally detected automatically).

When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and further information.

  1. You can find your license key for activating the Extra and a link where the Extra will be available for you to redeem in your Wacom Library in your Wacom account (https://account.wacom.com).
  2. After choosing the Extra in the Offer section, you will click on the “Redeem” button to the Extra.
  3. Go to the Service Partner‘s webpage (https://offers.massive.io/) to enter your license key.

 

  1. During the registration with the Service Partner, you will also need to enter email address and the license key to redeem the Extra and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provided by the Service Partner.

     

  2. After registration you can enter the license key to access the Extra by the Service Partner.  Trial, support and conversion of the service is managed by the Service Partner.

Note that the Extra is only available for new customers to their respective service of MASV based on their email address. (if End Users email is already registered as a MASV customer, there is no access to the Extra).

The software license key must be redeemed by December 31, 2024 ("Redemption Period") to qualify for the Extra. Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible.

The Purchase Period, Registration Period and Redemption Period may be respectively extended for another 1 year and same applies to the subsequent terms.  In such case, Wacom will notify the extended Purchase/Registration Period in such way as “Promotion is valid through day/month/year”

Other
The license key mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for license key redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and the Redemption Period. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any claim to the Extra, which we have granted you in the context of the Promotion and must therefore return or delete it without being asked.

The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.

Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information you provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our promotion and promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.

Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End User, for lost coupons and license keys, or for the improper redemption of coupons and license keys, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.

The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the Service Partner. To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the Service Partner’s products or services.

Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User.

Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.

 

The Promotion is subject to the laws of:

              Australia if you purchase Products from Wacom Australia Pty. Ltd.;

              Singapore (The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) shall not apply.) if you purchase Products from Wacom Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and

             Taiwan if you purchase Products from Wacom Taiwan Information Co., Ltd.
